The April 2nd maintenance window will only include the maintenance activity on the Analytics servers and will be carried out between 01:00 AEST and 03:00 AEST.

The security updates will be done on a separate 2-hour window on April 9th between 01:00 AEST and 03:00 AEST.

This is a reminder that on March 11th we've posted a note regarding planned security updates to our platform as follows : on Saturday, April 2nd, between 01:00 AEST and 03:00 AEST, Kaltura will perform security updates to its platform during which there might be a brief period of platform instability.

We are extending this 2-hour window to be a 2-hour one in order to perform a required maintenance activity on our Analytics servers. During this additional 1.5-hour window, a service interruption on the Analytics component (only) might occur.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Upload, Transcoding, Import, Live, Analytics, Playback, Kaltura API, Kaltura REACH (captioning service), and Kaltura MediaSpace.
